What can I do if I’m getting no sound alert when I get a text message

When someone textes me I do not get no alert/and no sound. I’d made sure to check my notifications in settings Watch and watch app on my iPhone. Everything is checked as it should be. My do not Disturb is not on, not on air plane mode. I tried resetting the watch, still doing the same thing

Do other event notifications work as expected? Did you check the speaker is not blocked?
