Apple iCloud and GDPR

Hi,

I am struggling to find out much information on iCloud and GDPR compliance.

Are Apply offering a DPA for customers?

Does anyone know if Apple are Privacy Shield registered?

If someone could point me to the direction of any documentation this would be very useful!

I have ask the question to an apple supporter, he gave an ambiguous yes, and send me some articles that basically says that apple care very much about data security and teaches there employers GDPR. But after reading several pages bla bla there was not a clear answer. Does Apple Comply with GDPR? The problem is not about the moral of the Apple employers but, Where is the ICloud server located? It have to be in EU for Icloud to compliant with GDPR. Where is it? It is very important for me. I will be subject to a hell lot of trouble if i violate GDPR. GDPR Compliant I know this is not a new question for the Community, but I still can't find what I am looking for.As a new business that will need to hold and store client data. Am I safe to use iCloud for this purpose. If someone could direct me to confirmation from Apple to answer this question, I would be very grateful. Otherwise I am going to have use another provider that can provide written confirmation that data held is secure.Many Thanks

Apple services GDPR compliant? I am very confused because I cannot find any stratement from Apple regarding GDPR compliance. Is it so obvious that I am missing it? Can anyone point me there? You find everyone on the net like Microsoft, Adobe, etc. - but not Apple!?https://www.eugdpr.org/If Apple does not comply, we (everyone from Europe using Apple products) will run into potentially HUGE trouble. Next to Apple themselves, unless Apple decides to shut down iCloud, the AppStore etc. in Europe completely??Both would mean we must stop using Apple devices until May in commercial use. That would be very sad, but the only legal solution.Can anyone share some good news regarding this...?
