Apple music lost music when re-downloaded the app

Hi

I'm an apple music subscriber and was trying to share my new playlist with my friends but my playlist where not showing up in (for you-icon-edit-shared playlist/select the ones I'd like others to see)... so I tried deleting my profile... and making another.... still didn't show up (all I could see was 1 out of all my playlist). I tried to go on the playlist itself and share it but no luck. So I deleted the app itself and re-downloaded it. Now all I can see is my playlist and songs from 2 weeks ago!!!!

-I checked last icloud update was last night at 2:10AM... wouldn't my apple music also be updated the same?

-How can I retreive all the songs and new playlist I made from 2 weeks ago till 2:10AM last night?

Please help! so Frustrating!

Hello chantal343.

Thanks for clarifying. Try these steps:

1. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > Sign Out.

2. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > sign back in with your Apple ID.

3. Tap Settings > Music and make sure that Show Apple Music and iCloud Music Library are both on.

4. Open the Music app and look for your music.

If I understand your post correctly, your Apple Music playlists seem to be missing from your device. I'm happy to help.
Let's try these steps to get you back to enjoying your music:
Tap Settings > Music and make sure thta Show Apple Music and iCloud Music Library are both on.

That is not the problem.. the problem is that my playlist are showing empty (like the music in them disappeared).
