Check System Preferences > Printers & Scanners then select the Print tab.

If your printer isn't listed on the left under Printers, then the driver was not installed or not installed correctly.

According to this document, Epson didn't make any drivers available to Apple for that printer: Printer and scanner software for macOS High Sierra, Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, and Mavericks - Apple Support

Have you gone to epson web site and downloaded then installed the printer software they recommend for the operating system you are running? Do that first.

You are welcome. Have you tried shutting down the printer for a few minutes and then starting it back up?
