Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
In 4/4 I put a dotted half note on beat 2. Then I want to add an accent to the note. Logic changes the note length to over a thousand bars and will not display an accented dotted half no matter the length. It ends up being a bunch of sixthteens tied together. Why do I have to trouble shoot Apple's programs?

If you open the layout->midi meaning preference window you will see that your drop downs are not defined for some reason. For now most make them all 100% and the table is filled out.

I am not able to reproduce your issue.
1/ can you please indicate what version you are running and
2/ save as a package file, zip and send your project to logicprose@icloud.com - you can strip out all but the offending measure if you prefer.

Yes, I've tried sync and no sync, interpretation on and off.
What accent?
Post a screen shot with the region inspector visible as well please...
