Can I open a .dms file on a Mac?

Bought an insurance policy which then sent me insurance certificates as .dms file - which my Mac cannot open. Any tricks? Using 10.12.6.

Corporate computer keep enrolling to unknown MDM profile, even after format/reinstall I am IT manager of a company owning several Apple computers and I have a specific MacBook Pro 2018 that were provided to an employee who left the company a few months ago and then when I get back our corporate laptop to clean it and provide it to a new employee, I noticed an unknown MDM profile installed into our corporate computer that isn't our MDM. I just formatted the computer then re-install MacOS Catalina from scratch (from USB thumb) and immediately after the install complete, before even creating any user account, I have a prompt that tells me that "XXXXX can now remotely manage my computer". I just hang the phone with the AppleCare technical support line and they never hear of this behavior (??!!) and my call has even be elevated to a senior supervisor. It looks like something is "pushing" data to our corporate computer without our agreement. So what are the options?

DEP on a refurbished iMac Pro Hello, I was wondering why I am getting a DEP notification "Apple RCC - DTS + APPLE INTERNAL can automatically configure your Mac." on my refurbished iMac Pro. The reseller told me that this is normal behaviour on refurbished devices. Can anybody confirm? Best Regards, Henk

Firewall and security not installed bought my Apple Mac March 2017. In Dec 2018 there was a problem. Called Apple Care and they said fire wall and security was not installed. I was GUARANTEED my computer was secure when I bought it. Apple Care charged me $400 to install fire wall and security. Then Feb 2019 another problem. Apple Care charge me another $300. because my IP Address was not secure and compromised. Now, (still February) , Apple Care told me my drives are old and corrupted and for another $300. they could fix this. Can someone please help me understand how all this could happen to a new computer! thanks in advance for your help.
