iPhone 7 Plus bottom speakers one of left side audio not working what is the problem

when video plays left side bottom of the speakers not working

The right speaker is on the bottom and the left speaker is in the earpiece. This is normal.

The bottom left side is a microphone not a speaker.

The 2nd speaker is at the top near the front facing camera.
