Locked out of Apple ID

i Woke up yestready morning and my passcode had been changed, I was alone and I didn’t change it so I don’t know how it changed by it’s self. I had to reset my phone and when I tried to sign into my Apple ID it asked me to put my trusted phone number to continue, but the thing is I don’t remember the number and I dont have access to that number because it was probably my first phone ever. I’ve tried everthing I could think of and still don’t know what to do. If anyone can help please do.
