Changing my TV Provider

Hello,

I use Charter Spectrum, but i have a new log in for it. I cannot change my log in on either my iPhone or my Apple TV which means I cannot access any of the shows on the apps i use to watch tv. Could someone please tell me how to reset all of my settings on the Apple TV or iPhone so that I can use my new login???

On the Apple TV you will go to Settings>Accounts>TV Provider - Remove TV Provider, then re add the new provider.

As for your Apps you will need to go to each app and go to Settings in that particular app and sign out, then sign back in using the instructions provided and use your new providers login and password.
