iPhone not ringing

My iPhone won’t ring for incoming Facebook messenger calls on the lock screen. I’ve checked the settings and everything is the way it should be. If I unlock the phone it will ring just fine.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.4

When you go to settings>messenger>notifications - do you have show on lock screen enabled?

Yes. I’ve checked all the settings as I said in my post. I get the notification of the missed call just not the call itself. Even Apple support can’t seem to figure it out. It has something to do with my phone. I’ve done resets, backups, settings checks, u name it I’ve done it.
