I have a crescent moon next to my husbands texts. I checked DND, and also checked hide alerts. All is ok. I have no idea what’s causing this. Have latest software as well. It’s driving me nuts because I needs to be able to hear his text messages.

Thank you for your reply. Actually, I checked the hide alerts and it was on. I turned it off and it works great.
