Connecting to Livedrive servers

I am trying to connect to Livedrive.

I've a Mac Pro (2010) on 10.13.5

When I try to log in and it runs the integrity check I get a message saying - "Intergrity check failed. Livedrive has been unable to connect to the Liverdriver servers"

I've tried to uninstall and re-install a couple of times without success

I've no Firewall on

The latest info from Livedrive team was as below.

"Based on the logs, it appears that something is blocking the Livedrive software from connecting to the servers. Could you please confirm if you have allowed data transfers using TCP/IP through port 443 and that the IP ranges listed below are white-listed?

82.129.64.192/26 (82.129.64.192 - 82.129.64.255)

185.21.108.0/22 (185.21.108.0 – 185.21.110.255)

These would need to be enabled and white-listed into your computer's security app or suite and also into your network's security settings and/or firewall."

I've no idea what the above means or actions I need to take, can anyone help please?

Thanks

PowerMac, iOS 10.3.3, 10.13.5

I do not consider Internet Backup to be an adequate Backup, and there are many reasons why.

Those files are out of your control. Problems with the company, bankruptcy, or changes in policy could suddenly limit or eliminate your ability to retrieve them.

Disaster or just sloppy handing could wipe out their copy of your data, without any sort of relief for you.

Doing a restore of a moderate about of data could take three days or more. Your internet connection is a lot slower than you think when it comes to copying a whole lot of data, most of which has probably been saved a little bit at a time.

It takes all afternoon just to read every block on a fairly large drive. Your Restore from online sources will take MUCH longer.

A fairly big slow External Drive can be had for about US$100. Then your data are right at your fingertips, and no one else can say, "It was hacked. Change all your credit card numbers." OR "Oops, we lost it. So sorry."
