Add Script menu to menu bar

On my MacBook Pro, I was able to add the standard set of scripts to the top menu bar in finder:

The IT people at my job were unable to figure out how to do the same thing on my MacBook Air with IOS 10.13.5 (High Sierra).

Does anyone know how?

Open the App, then open preferences, then select "Show Script menu in menu bar".
