Small caps

Does Apple realize how buggy the "small caps" option has become? First they messed it up so that it turns both lower case and regular caps into small caps. (You should be able to have a capitalized word start with a regular capital letter and turn the remaining letters, which would otherwise be lower-case letters, into small caps.) Now, when you try to type a regular cap at the beginning of a word in small caps, it creates a tiny little letter of some random font.
