How to access movie at iTunes

How do I access a movie I obtained at iTunes via an authorization code received in a retail purchased product?

Do you have iTunes installed on the computer, and are you logged into your account on it (Account drop-down menu) ? If it gave you an iTunes redemption code : Redeem App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, Apple Music Gift Cards, and content codes - Apple Support

If you've redeemed it via your computer's iTunes (or iOS device) : Redeem App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, Apple Music Gift Cards, and content codes - Apple Support

it should have downloaded onto it. On a computer's iTunes, if that's where you redeemed it, it will have downloaded into the Movies section of its library.

Well....I was using my Windows 7 Premium laptop.

The retail coupon instructions was:

1.Go to movieredeem.com

2.Choose your redemption option (Digital Ultraviolet or iTunes)

3.When prompted, enter the authorization code

I followed the above instructions and then there were " . . . . " that were moving in sequence for some time. I thought maybe it was having trouble connecting so I backed out. When I tried the "movieredeem.com" again; however, it gave a response that it had been redeemed with iTunes and gave me a iTunes code.

I have never purchased anything on iTunes before; although I do have an account I created someyears back, so I am a little confused about how it all works.

I have looked on the iTunes account and on my computer but can't find anything.
