I use Siri often but after the last update her tone changed. She sounds depressed? I see other people have had the same problem in the past but the question has not been answere. I trying resetting, logging out/in of iClou, changing voice settings to British make/female, Austrian male/female, and American male/female but the tone stays the same.
I didn’t say the program was depressed. I said the tone of her (the ‘voice’ given to the program) sounds depressed. Also, we are beyond the robotic monotoned phase in AI...I can assure you Apple has the technology to add artificial feeling to Siri’s voice.
Siri was updated. There is no issue.
The update was to make her sound depressed? My phone has the latest update and that’s when she changed her tone. The issue is not solved...she sounds depres
"She" is a program and cannot be depressed.
Unless you have an answerable technical issue that can be solved I am done here. If you do not like Siri's voice turn it off.
I'll trust welafever's report that Siri was updated. It now sounds different to you. You're anthropomorphizing a computer program. You might want to consider choosing a different voice to see if you like the way it sounds better. There's really nothing else you can do to change Siri.
