How do I change emoji eye color?

How do I change emoji eye color? I accidentally hit brown but wanted blue. All my emojis now have brown eyes. I can change skin color... but not eye color. ☹ How do I get them back to blue? I have an iPhone X. I tied doing the keyboard reset and that didn’t work.

Cant select other skin colors on emojis I can’t select other skin colors on any emojis other than the defult yellow. Such as these 🙂😘🙃. You should be able to tap and hold down on the emoji and different colors should appear, but only the default shows up. Any way to fix this?
