no. You can pair it to one then once done pair it with the other but not at the exact same time.

Based on my experience they will connect to the last device that was using them as long as it's in range. If you want to switch to a different device you'll need to disconnect from that device and then connect to the other one.
You should be able to connect your AirPods to an android device. See the "Use AirPods with a non-Apple device" section in:

But I'm not sure what will happen if the AirPods are in range of both devices and they are playing AT THE SAME TIME.
