I imported a calendar (let's say Calendar B) INTO one of my work calendars (Calendar A), when the intention was to set up Calendar B as a separate cal in my Apple calendar. Is there any simple way to undo this import? (1) I cannot "undo" this as I have done things in Calendar since the import; (2) this is my work computer and I do not have a TimeMachine backup. Given those two facts, is there ANYTHING I can do?

If I understand your issue, you imported an .ics calendar file into another calendar by mistake and you want to reverse that action. The only way this can be done is to use the Edit > Undo command immediately after performing that action, or restoring from a backup, which you can't do in your situation. So, unfortunately, you would have to delete the individual events that you don't want in this merged calendar. (Or, delete the calendar completely and start over - whichever is the easiest for you.)
