Apple TV 100 mbs or GB?

I have read many posts about this issue. I have two 4K Apple TVs connected to the same network via ethernet connections to a gigabit switch. The First Apple TV which I bought will ONLY connect at 100 mbs (actually 94) my second (newer) will consistently connect at 500 mbs plus... They have different LL/A numbers although one is 32GB and original is 64GB. I swear blind that the original specs stated that it was still only 100 base, could it be that the newer Apple TVs are GB and the first generation was 100 base, ie a bait and switch by apple?

Nope. I have one core GB switch cat 7 cables directly to each Apple TV. Curiously as I have two I am in the position of swapping them over. Without any changes, the 500+ mbs Apple TV on the same infrastructure as 94 mbs was still 500+ and the 94 mbs still 94... I factory reset and no change. Its definitely the Apple TV! I am not that worried as I get plenty of speed for UHD streaming, just would like them to be the same
