Missing compressor plugin
My Logic Pro X seems to be missing the compressor plugin and a couple others i could use. Is there any usual cause for this, what could I do?

You need to click on LOGIC PRO, at the top of the page, then click PREFERENCES, then click PLUG IN MANAGER.
Then make sure the plug ins you want to use are checked.
Press reset and rescan selection, done.
Then you should see your plugs in the drop down list when you add to a track.
