I purchased Elite Singles app and it doesn’t work correctly
On the 09/02/2018 I purchased the Elite Singles app from the App Store. Just after a month or so I started sending complaints to Elite Single and they kept saying that they are sorry and will correct it. I kept requesting cancellation and a refund but they just kept apologizing and saying that they will correct it. Only to find out I only have 90 days to request a refund from the App Store. The last email they sent me the other day says that I should contact the ISTORE for a refund.
It’s as if they dragged it out so that the prescription period of 90 days lapsed.
I would appreciated it if you could look into this and arrange a refund as Elite Singles seem to have dragged the complaint out so that the 90 days lapsed, very unethical.
