Recently, an email that is not mine showed up in my options to send an email from, & when I try to delete the account, the “Delete Account“ button is missing. Below is a screenshot of where the button should be.

It states that they are installed from "RedAlerts Emergency." Go to Settings > General > Profiles and find the RedAlerts Emergency one and delete it from there.

I have iOS 11 on an iPad Air II and there is no Profiles under General in settings. I did a search and nothing appeared.

same story here . . trying to get rid of 2 email accounts on iPhone 7, and I dont even have the option for profiles shown on my settings . .
