why is my back camera shaking?

so the past two weeks everytime when i try to take a quick picture with my back camera or make an instagramvideo, whatever I do using the back camera, my whole screen (for the vieuw of the camera) shakes. Litterly everything shaking..

I think you missed what I was trying to say. No problem!


So iPhone shipped with an app named "Camera", this is native to iOS. Which means you didn't have to download it from the Appstore (aka 3rd party developer)


Many apps like Snapchat, and Instagram have the software to trigger/use the camera on your iPhone. However if the software is malfunctioning, or not working correctly at the time it may cause issues loading ect,..

Therefor I ask you to use the native camera App, and see if you have the same shaky experience with that.

You can force restart your device, and see if this resolves your issue?


iPhone 4 up to iPhone 6S:

Hold Home and Power Button untill you see the Apple Startup logo

iPhone 7 up to iPhone 8:

Hold Volume Down and Power Button untill you see the Apple Startup logo

iPhone X:

Press volume up > Press volume down > Hold powerbutton untill you see the Apple Startup logo


After you've done this step, check out if the issue is still there.
