"Activation Error" on iPad

it says here that " Activation could not be completed. Please restore the phone and install the latest version of iOS and attempt activation again." but I did my best to fix this but I can't. I read all the solution but none of them fits. Please help me......


Lastly when I connect my iPad in iTunes it says that " We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time."

Help please thanks!

there's no account in it. It say's that "Activation could not be completed. Please restore the phone and install the latest version of iOS and attempt activation again. If the problem persist, please contact costumer care." but when I connect it to the iTunes to restore and update nothing happens. So tell me what is problem. I do whatever I can do to this device just to activate but nothing happens...

I understand that you are unable to complete activation of your iPad. I would suggest taking a look at the following support article to resolve your issue. While the article specifically mentions the iPhone, the steps are also applicable to your situation with your iPad.
