Boot camp failure - how to fix partitions

I tried to run Boot Camp to install Win10 on Macbook (Air 2015) and it failed, but created a number of partitions. How can i delete them, restore to previous state and try to run again Boot Camp? I do not have Time Machine on.

The install went fine; but I was messing around with Windows and I tried a Reset install (from within Windows). That resulted in deleting BCA as well as my ability to switch OS and use Ethernet.

I found a BC executable online (1.1 GB) and I installed that. However, I have no Ethernet access and when I tried to reboot in MacOS I got a "Could not locate the OS X volume".
