can’t write reviews on the app store

so i’ve looked up this problem, and i can’t quite find the solution. (i know this question has been asked many times) when i write a review, i press send and it asks for a nickname. i’ve seen that people said because the nickname was taken, i couldn’t send reviews, so i typed in a random nickname, and i pressed send. the send button lit up in a lighter blue/white like it usually does, but nothing happens. and if i press it like, twenty times, it’d do the same thing. (sorry for the long summary)

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.
