Student Unidays verification loop

Hey I am trying to verify my student email with Unidays and I keep getting the following error loop. No way to actually validate. When I click verify it opens a pop up which has the option to open in music app. If I hit cancel it just does the circle loading with nothing. If I hit open it does the same thing over.

Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I see that you're trying to set up an Apple Music student membership, but keep getting stuck when verifying your email address with Unidays. I'm happy to help!

First, force close Safari and Music on your device: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support . Then, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores. Tap your Apple ID and select the option to sign out. Once you're signed out, head back to the Music app and start the sign up process for Apple Music again. You'll be prompted to sign into the iTunes Store during this, and when you do you should be able to get through the verification.

If you're still unable to verify, I suggest trying when you're connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Hi there - I have this problem too and tried the above and it did not help. Myunidays is still stuck and I've tried wifi and 4G. My account only has 4 more days to verify - please help!
