Where did you purchase this A1865 phone? That is the country that warranties the phone.

Read your warranty. It's quite specific. You chose to buy the phone in the US instead of in Turkey where you should have bought it. Get it repaired in Turkey if that is your preference. Most likely cheaper than round-trip airfare and hotel costs to come to the US.
Actually, you cannot send it to the US for service, as Apple will not accept international shipments. You would either have to bring it to the US, or if you have family in the US, ship it to them and have them bring it to an Apple Store.
I know it. But, I need country list for Europe who support A1865. Turkey doesn’t support A1865.
That is correct. iPhone warranties are honored only in the country of purchase.

If I understand your answer correctly you mean that if I've purchased an iPhone that is still under waranty on eBay from US and I'm in Europe, the warranty will work only in US and I will have to send my phone to US for the repair?

I bought it in the US. Do you think Apple thinks US iphone will use just in the US? I live in Turkey. I can go to the US for this display failure repair, but I prefer Europe countries. They know there is a big problem for display. For this problem, they should not look at what country this problem is. By the way, iphone x was their 10th year special edition and the most expensive phone ever , right?
Display failure is about display. Not microchip is A1865. Never mind, I will repair it in the EU. They told me. Thanks your answers.
