i have the iPhone 8 Plus running 11.4.1 iOS. My ex is stalking me. Im noticing some wierd stuff lately. he always knows where I am and what I am saying. I’m trying to figure out how... and if he is can it be proved?
No. There is no way to remotely access a iPhone much less its camera and microphone.
Your Ex may be able to access your messages, and location if he knows your Apple ID and password.
Change your Apple ID password immediately.
if he knows your apple id and password he will know where are you because he can sign in to find my iphone the listening part i doubt a normal person can access your camera or mic unless he works for CIA 🙂
No. Do not create a new Apple ID. You will not be able to get your purchases from your old Apple ID on it. and will just make things very very complicated.
There is also no way to actually tell Apple this and Apple will not merge Apple IDs either. Please do not create a new Apple ID. This is a bad idea.
The best option is to change the email address and password for your current ID. This will retain all your purchases.

There is another step you can take just in case an app was loaded onto your device when it was unlocked. You can restore to factory settings and set up as new.
Sure. Make sure you let Apple know through the Apple ID support that you are changing your ID so you can still get your previous purchases.

Also rule of thumb, creating a new Apple ID should not be suggested unless absolutely necessary. Which is very rare.

The latest public release of iOS is 11.4. If you have never jailbroken your device then he cannot get into it. You should change all your passwords just in case he has your Apple ID password. Also, make sure you are not sharing your location with anyone through find friends app or family sharing. Contact the local authorities if you feel you are being stalked.
