black screen of death

my screen is black and wont turn on the last time my phone was on it was at around 10% or lower. when i press the home button and sleep/wake button at the same time nothing appers

You need to charge the phone. Connect it to power and charge for at least an hour before attempting to turn it on, or trying to force restart it.
