Black loading screen

Hello!

I was just Snapchatting when my iPhone 6+ screen went black with a spinning wheel in the middle

(this also happens when your battery is low and your phone dies, but mine was 60%).

It's been 3 hours and my screen is still looking the same. I did find out that my iPhone is still working, because when someone called me I heard it vibrating. But the screen stays the same.

I tried to reset it with the home- and lock button, I also tried to make a back up in iTunes, but it didn't work.

Does anybody know what's happening and how I can fix this?

- I removed my SIM card, this didn't work either

- I tried to reset it with the home- and lock button

- Can't make a back-up, because it probably needs me to unlock my phone

- I have IOS 10.4
