Unable to sign in on iTunes

I'm trying to sign into iTunes desktop, but it keeps pulling up my recovery email and not my primary email. I only have one Apple account and ID, I'm not signed on with any other account. How do I fix this? I'm unable to use iTunes in any capacity.

I don't know what "... it keeps pulling ..." means.


You may sign in using iTunes' menu to do Account > Sign In ...


There you should see a window like this:
