Why does my phone always tay that My Apple ID is disabled?
whenever i try to update or download something this pop up comes along therefore restricting me and i don’t know how to fix it

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
