Why is my iPhone coming up “your Apple ID has been disabled “?

Every time I try downloading or updating apps I get this message on the screen

If your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204106


If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
