Logic Pro X and Cinematique Vertigo Strings issue

Hi

Is anyone here using Cinematique Vertigo strings? It runs inside NI Kontakt and on my system, when I reopen the Logic project, I get no sound from Vertigo Strings until I reselect whatever preset I was using. Also, if I make any tweaks to the preset, they are not automatically saved with the Logic project as they are with other third-party instruments.

Their customer support suggested I am alone with this issue - Anyone any ideas on how to trouble shoot? For the record I'm running the latest OSX and Logic and have tried reinstalling and the usual troubleshooting procedures...

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. After some further troubleshooting, it seems in this case there is a small button, on by default, that turns on Vertigo Strings volume to be controlled by the Mod Wheel. For some reason, even with no controllers connected, this causes the values to switch to zero when the project is reopened, hence the lack of sound.
