Logic Pro X Volume differences

Hey there,

I'm having a problem when playing back sounds in logic. If the play head starts right at the region, it seems to play the sound quietly. When the playhead is a few seconds/ms before the region it plays it at the intended volume.

This seems to also happen whenever I export the region or bounce the audio.

Is this some setting that I am not noticing? Or is this a quirk with Logic? Is there a solution to this issue?

I am running Logic in Rosetta on a base 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro.

Thank you.

So I worked out what was causing this issue immediately after I posted this thread.

The volume issue seems to be caused by a slight delay that causes the region to play a bit after the transient. The delay was caused by certain plugins such as iZotope RX de-noise.

If you run into this issue yourself, just make sure you have delay compensation turned on for plugins and look at your plugins just incase they cause delay.
