I am unable to load Starbucks Gifts in iMessage

I finally got it fixed. I deleted the mobile app and reinstalled that. Then went to iMessage and scrolled to the ... more at the right. At the top right it has an edit button, from there I could toggle Starbucks back on. Voila!

Neither. In iMessage I click on the app symbol and scroll to the Satrbucks icon and where before I would get different options of gift cards to purchase and send via iMessage it is now grey and says "Unable to load Starbucks Gifts. On Father's Day (the last time I had the option to purchase a gift card) I selected one and sent it, I was charged $25 but the person never received the card and I was not able to try again.

My payment information is up to date.

I don't think that is the case, as I know other people have the option. Now, I think I've made it worse. I deleted the app from iMessage and was going to reinstall it. Now, I go to the App store within iMessage and I see the Starbucks app and it says "OPEN", I click it and it just goes white. Apple says they can't help and to contact Starbucks.

I have received a refund from Starbucks. I just want the option to use the app in iMessage again.

I tried. The app comes up because I have the mobile app which works fine. It’s just the iMessage app that is giving me problems.
