App to take smaller / lower resolution scans and photos

Is there a photo or scanning app that will allow users to lower the resolution / image size when taking pictures? I have users who need to scan documents and photos on devices and email them using the MS Outlook app. Sometimes they need to send 5-10 photos in the one email. Unfortunately with the high resolution of the iPhone photos the emails are very large and unmanagable.

We don't need high quality images for this work-flow. We need low resolution / smaller photos and since Apple took away the ability to lower the resolution of photos taken in the native camera app we need to find another app to take these scans / photos.

Any ideas?

I'm not aware of an app, however that does not mean there isn't one. A search of the App Store is what you need. However, when inserting a photo from the Camera Roll to an email should give you the option to set what resolution you want to send it in. When I insert a photo, it asks me what resolution, and file size I would like to use.

I'm aware of the native mail app prompting for small/medium/large however we are tied to the Microsoft apps, especially for our corporate email where we can manage the data with our MDM system. MS Outlook only prompts you when the file size is very large. I need to find an app that will allow us to take lower resolution photos. Just reaching out to the community to see if anyone knows of one.

I have searched the app store but as you can imagine, there are so many apps, so much crap and I haven't found one yet that specifies small files or the ability to adjust resolution of photos when you take them.
