251 GB Flash Storage but it shows 36.25 GB available of 212 GB (shouldn't it be 251 GB instead of 212 GB) i am using the developer beta of MOVAJE.

Anyone with accurate information on this subject is under non-disclosure agreement, and is not allowed to post anything about unreleased software on a Public-facing forum such as this one.
They should have provided you with a feedback forum or feedback link to post your experiences, and that is where your query is supposed to be posted.
Please post on the feedback link they provided, and be sure to honor your non-disclosure agreement, or you may find Apple does something in response to your violation that you don't like.
