Outdoor walks won’t go on exercise ring?

I bought a series 3 (GPS+cellular) 3 days ago. I have used outdoor walk every day and it was working fine up until today. I went on a 30 minute walk and the exercise ring only showed 5 minutes. My pace was not any slower than the previous days, but faster. I have tried unpairing and repairing, calibrating, everything. This is extremely frustrating seeing as how I’ve seen numerous people post this same problem over the last couple years and there is still no fix.
