How to sync iPhone 8 to laptop via WiFi in iTunes

Just got new iPhone 8 - updated my laptop (Windows) to latest iTunes - all instructions I find to sync via WiFi using iTunes says to click the "Sync using WiFi" choice under the Summary TAB. Well there is no such choice. Then it says, if no WiFi Sync choice, then click the File Sharing choice which has nothing in it about using WiFi. Do I just have to keep using the USB cable?
