I signed up for a free trial on Apple Music and forgot to unsubscribe after the three months was up and my mom called to see why her credit card was getting charged and now after having her credit card company get rid of my subscription my Apple ID is disabled and I can’t download or update any apps

Going to the card issuer instead of cancelling the subscription via the iTunes account (View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support) is likely to result in you owing iTunes money and them locking the account, possible permanently.

If resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) doesn't re-enable it: If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

Contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
