My HomePod doesn't show the white spinning light when it boot

Hi everyone,

The current system version of my HomePod is iOS11.4(15F80).

The problem with my HomePod is it can't initiative displaying the white spinning light when it booting. If I want my HomePod's display to show the boot animation ofWhite spinning light, I must touch the display when I turning on the power. But no matter if my HomePod shows White spinning light, it can be started successfully. Missing boot white spinning light sometimes makes it impossible for me to tell if it is powered on. This problem was happening since my device was reset at the first time. Prior to this, I once combined it with other user's HomePod as a dual speaker system. However, I have reset it and used it as a separate speaker currently.

The steps given in Reset HomePod - Apple Support clearly state that you should wait 5 seconds after powering up the device before touching the center of the touch surface. At this point you should expect to see a white spinning animation that will turn to red if you continue to hold. If you wait until the iPod announces that is going to reset after three beeps, and you hear those beeps then it should reset and restart.
