Error During Activation on iMessage and FaceTime

My Mac is a newer model MacBook Air and is having some problems. I am having trouble finding a solution. When attempting to log into FaceTime or iMessage I will always get errors with activation or authentication. It seems I have tried looking at numerous articles and can not find a solution. I have checked the time and date settings, Reset my NVRAM, Launching in Safe Mode, and even creating a new test user to see if it lets me sign in there. All attempts have failed and iMessage and FaceTime are still having problems. What should I do?
