Display Startup Issue iMac mid 2011

When my iMac startups the display shows only the following image (green thick horizontal lines, while thin lines and a brown background. It doesn't do anything else. I have done a hard reset, and a NVRAM reset.

Any ideas?

Graphics card, of motehrboard/CPU?

iMac, iOS 11.4, Mid 2011

Have you tried resetting your iMac's SMC or running the Apple Hardware Test?

Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac- Apple Support

Yeah. Did the whole Hardware test, SMC reset, etc.

After a few more times of restarting, it suddenly went back to normal....
