Safari - Google Maps default location settings?

I am using Safari 11.1.1 on my MacBook Pro (High Sierra 10.13.5)

Every time I open Google Maps, my location defaults to my old address in San Francisco.

I now live in Santa Fe NM, which it immediately recognizes when I hit the location refresh button.

I've tried updating all location settings per Googles instructions, but to no avail.

Is there a hidden location where my old location keeps Safari or Google going back to?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Many thx!

ps. my iPhone locations work just fine. so all good on that side. just the mac
