apple beta program

when I sign in to the beta program on my iPhone 7plus it says my session has timed out yet when I do it in my iPad and iMac there is no problem. iOS 11 4 1

Release 15.4.1 is not visible to devices with a beta profile. I have tried to update the following devices - Two (2) iPhones 11 Pro Max, iPhone 12, and iPad - 7th generation. I’m unable to download beta program I’m having trouble downloading ios 16.2 beta program. I’m already signed up and my phone is backed up as well.
