Apple ID disabled
Why can’t I reset my Apple ID disabled. I’ve changed password. Followed all instructions and still locked out. Ugh!!!

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
