Hi. I’ve backed up photos From my iPhone 6+ to my PC before getting my battery changed. Now I can’t delete theses photos from my phone. They said I have to delete them via my PC. When I connected my iPhone to iTunes I couldn’t find the photos to delete. They do t seem to connect despite wifi is on. Please help!

The second part is about syncing photos with iTunes. Unmarking the album, that contain the photos on the computer, will remove them from the phone, after you synced the device again.

In iTunes / Sync Photos, check the box for Sync only selected Albums and make sure no albums are checked. Then Apply.
There was no option to sync again when i connected the phone to PC.
Try doing it on the iPhone. Open Camera, tap photos square at bottom left then All Photos at top right, and Select. You can then delete them.
Couldn’t do it in the iPhone, hence going back to the laptop but that didn’t get me anywhere either!
